Chief Operating Officer
Jason Moore is Chief Operating Officer at Buffco Production, Inc. Jason also serves as Vice President of Operations for Eagle Ford Minerals, Operations Manager for Twin Resources and Black Shale Minerals, and is also a Managing Partner of Premier Completion Services all within the Bufkin Holdings family of companies.

Jason holds degrees in environmental chemistry and mechanical engineering from Louisiana Tech University. Jason has spent most of his working career in oil and gas production and operations. Jason began his career in field operations and production and then worked for Halliburton as a Fluid Systems Engineer before returning to school to complete his mechanical engineering degree. After founding a small rental wellhead company in 2005, he partnered with Frank Bufkin to create BPI Compression LLC in 2007, where he served as General Manager until the business sold in 2011.

Since, Jason has concentrated on both expansion of Buffco’s exploration and development programs and strategic partnerships with industry partners to monetize leasehold investments and expand the non-operated portfolio. Since 2011 the company has drilled over 50 horizontal wells and participated in a total of 125 Eagle Ford Shale wells. The company has also expanded its non-operated investments to include interest in 1500+ wells in the Eagle Ford Shale, Permian/Delaware and Arkoma basins.
